Maggie Murphy is a letterpress printer and mixed-media artist who lives in Greensboro, North Carolina. She engages in process-based exploration of materials while using the speculative as a mode for imagining different outcomes in her text-based work. She finds kinship in the methods, strategies, and embodied labor of craft production.

Maggie is an associate professor and Art & Design Librarian at UNC Greensboro, and a student in the MFA in Studio Arts program.
